This is what the musician said about being part of the movie:

“I can relate to the movie. Just being self-driven, always having that drive from the beginning, just having something in you that’s great. But you also have to work until those moments come, and when those moments come you wanna be prepared.”

The film, directed by Ryan Coogler (Fruitvale Station), stars Michael B. Jordan, Sylvester Stallone, Graham McTavish, Tessa Thompson, and Phylicia Rashad.

CREED will be released in theaters on November 25.
