One of the most anticipated movies of the year AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON is just a few months away and Empire Magazine is promoting its special coverage.

In one of the covers we can see Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Captain America (Chris Evans), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen).

But more importantly, director Joss Wheddon has cast doubts in regards his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe to helm the announced two-part AVENGERS: INFINITY WARS.

“I couldn’t imagine doing this again. It’s enormously hard, and it be, by then, a good five years since I created anything that was completely my own. So it’s very doubtful that I would take on the two-part Infinity War movie that would eat up the next four years of my life. I obviously still want to be a part of the Marvel Universe – I love these guys – but it ain’t easy. This year has been more like running three shows than any year of my life. It is bonkers.”

In a more joking way, Whedon expressed his affection towards the film’s baddie:

“I’ve been working on a lot of Ultron scenes, so I’m very anti-Avengers right now. You can’t write someone if you don’t love them and I’ve come to the conclusion that Ultron is right. The Avengers need to die.”
