Exclusive ‘TUSK’ Interview: Justin Long on Having Fun and Suffering as a Walrus

DH Movie News was part of the L.A. press day for “Tusk” (in theaters Sept. 19), a new twisted mix of horror and comedy from writer-director Kevin Smith. I always liked Justin Long (“Live Free or Die Hard,” “After.Life”), but after seeing his incredibly committed performance in this film I became a true fan.

In an exclusive interview the actor told me about playing a podcaster like Smith, the emotional intensity required to portray a human-animal hybrid, the funny side of his transformation, and much more.
