The first official photo of the costume and the logo for the film adaptation of DEADPOOL have been revealed.

Instead of going for the usual brooding/badass feel the image transpires humor, staying true to the snarky comic-book character.

But the biggest question has always been “Will this DEADPOOL be R-rated?” Ryan Reynolds himself addressed the topic minutes ago on Twitter:

“I want #Deadpool to be R. Always have. Fighting the good fight still. Lotta yelling today.”

The film, directed by Tim Miller, also stars Morena Baccarin (Copycat), Gina Carano (Angel Dust), and T.J. Miller (Weasel). The film will be (who also helmed that leaked test footage).

DEADPOOL hits theaters on February 12, 2016.
