On Sunday, March 9th The Chivas USA and Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier joined forces to provide an exciting half-time show in support of the April 4th release by having Captain America parachute into StubHub Center midfield during the half-time intermission surprising over 8,000+ soccer-aficionados! Upon landing, Captain America was greeted by the Chivas USA mascot, the Chivas Fighter, where both took to fans and began shooting film goodies into the crowd! “After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, Marvel’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” finds Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world.
