Our friends at Universal Studios Hollywood has sent us all the details regarding their traditional AMC’s Annual Best Picture Showcase.

View All Nine Academy Award® Nominated Films Over Two Saturdays, February 22 and March 1

Universal City, CA (February 20, 2014) – As The Entertainment Capital of L.A., Universal CityWalk celebrates the movies with a two-day marathon of all nine Oscar® Best Motion Picture nominations at AMC CityWalk Stadium during their annual Best Picture Showcase on Saturday, February 22 and Saturday, March 1, beginning at 12 noon. Universal CityWalk Cinemas provides one of the best movie-going experiences in Los Angeles for film buffs who want to screen all the nominees together or may have missed this year’s elite selects. Additionally, Universal CityWalk offers $2 Movie Parking with the purchase of a movie ticket as well as a variety of dining and shopping options to round out an entertaining, fun-filled day.

The movie screening schedule is as follows:

DAY ONE: Saturday, February 22, beginning at 12 noon
“Philomena,” “Dallas Buyers Club,” “The Wolf of Wall Street,” “12 Years a Slave”

DAY TWO: Saturday, March 1, beginning at 12 noon
“Nebraska,” “Captain Phillips,” “Her,” “American Hustle,” “Gravity 3D”

Tickets to see all nine movies are $60, with the two-day pass only available for purchase at the box office. AMC Stubs members will receive $5 AMC Stubs Bonus Bucks for each event day – a total of $10 AMC Stubs Bonus Bucks. Individual day passes are available online for $30 on February 22, and $40 on March 1.
